Participation Notes

The participant notes feature allows event organizers to gather specific information from participants during registration. This feature is especially useful when distributing items such as goodie bags or t-shirts, where organizers need to know the size or type preferred by participants.

The note field in the registration form (shown above) is displayed as soon as the corresponding option in the event settings is enabled:

Once registration is completed, this information is no longer editable by the participant. Organizers can view individual participant notes in the admin area, and all notes can be exported as a table using the export function.

Note

The field is mandatory for participants. They cannot sign up for the event if they don't enter a value.

If they don't want to leave a note, they have to say so in the note field .
